Manufacturing
Enterprise Automotive Systems (EAS) manufactures prototype and production components and assemblies to meet or exceed our customer's expectations.
EAS provides a mix of high quality ferrous and nonferrous components produced in a variety of cast and forged processes. This allows us the flexibility to machine and assemble our customer’s products to the most ridged specifications and demands.
We design our manufacturing around our customer's need for quality, repeatability and product integrity – from low volume to very high volume projects.
We utilize CNC's "Stand-Up" Equipment, high speed dedicated equipment, robotics, optical scanning, leak and flow testing and assembly systems to meet our customer’s program needs.
These on-site manufacturing capabilities coupled with our manufacturing expertise allow us to "hit the ground" running on long & very short lead times programs.
