Enterprise Automotive System's (EAS) greatest asset is our team of creative, innovative and thoughtful design and engineering experts.
Our designers and engineers are intimately familiar with the casting and forging processes, so castings and forgings are engineered, designed and optimized to present the greatest value in terms of weight, strength and cost.
EAS works with existing designs, but we provide some of our best results when given the opportunity to engineer, design, verify and a produce a component or assembly. We provide multiple levels of design support up to and including "black box".
In addition to our engineering and design capabilities, our manufacturing expertise extends to our ability to produce rapid prototypes to support our customer's developmental requirements (See Prototyping).

Product Design and Development
- Computer aided design and analysis is conducted by trained experienced personel using such software as:
- SDRC Ideas and Unigraphics for design
- Hypermesh and Optistrict for analysis
- EAS, utilizing CAS the master coordinate measuring equipment, as well as physical testing in house or managed third party sources, performs both physical and dimensional verification and validation on prototype and production designs.
- A comprehensive design and development plan is developed and tracked utilizing project management software.
