EAS engineers and technical specialists are major contributors to the overall development of automotive components. Their experience ranges from product design, prototype design, development and testing as well as advanced quality planning programs and extensive research and development. EAS offers a diversity of manufacturing commodities, both simple and complex, including assembled components, machined and fabricated parts from forgings and castings from all manufacturing processes or grades in aluminum, steel, etc.
EAS is Excellence through Innovation. Greatly reduced lead times for customers are achieved by the in-house product design, prototyping and testing. Additionally, EAS builds a significant portion of their production equipment and tooling, which further reduces lead times and reduces product cost.
There are two (2) state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. The 75,000 square foot Saginaw Manufacturing Facility employs 100 people, and the 400,000 square foot Warren Manufacturing Facility employs 350 people.
